Our 64 acre resort is quiet, clean, and extraordinary beautiful and overlooks Tinney Lake, a private lake. The sunsets are breathtaking, and the night stars will melt the stress away. We have added new granite walkways along the waterfront. The new pergola cover keeps the pool shaded during the heat of the day. We offer a private elegant bath house with separate bath suites, also a quaint laundry room where you can enjoy a book overlooking the lake while your clothes are drying. For the bird watchers in the family, this is the place. We welcome extended stays, winter texans, close to San Marcos, Lockhart, Austin, Luling, Bastrop, and San Antonio. See you soon!

Rates: Daily Weekly Monthly (+electric) $150 deposit on all monthly's

Each rate is for 2 people. Additional people are $5.00 each/day including visiting day guests. Children under 5 are free. Monthly extra per person is $60
Pet rates and policy on monthly stays. Pets 30 lbs. and under $10 per month over 30 lbs $15 per month.
Cancellation Policy: No refund for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival. 10% cancellation fee for reservations 8 or more days in advance. No refund for early departures.
